I am trained in empirically supported therapies, primarily cognitive behavioral therapies. This simply means that the treatment I will utilize during our work together has been supported by science and proven to be effective. Utilizing these treatments offers my clients the most effective path to wellness.
I aim to form a team with my clients. I understand that you are the expert on your thoughts and feelings. I can help implement change and navigate you toward your goals using a collaborative approach.
I believe in a nonjudgmental environment where you can speak about anything. I value confidentiality and discretion. In our work together, you will find a relationship that is different than any other in your life. This is an important component in making treatment successful.
